We are totally thrilled to announce that no less than ten of our pupils have successfully won roles to perform in a spectacular production of ‘The Magic Flute’ at The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
Chloe Hinxman, Amelie Elomari, Lorcan Reilly and Martin Traykov age 9, Annabelle Jones, Aria Johnson and Riley Prince age 8, Grace Conway and Evie Mutti age 10 and Kayleigh Richards-Maugham age 11 have all been selected by casting directors for roles in the large-scale production which opens on 15th September in London. For most of our pupils involved, it will be their first West End performance and they are working so hard in rehearsals, everybody on the production has been so impressed with their enthusiasm and professionalism and they are making us all very proud. To have ten pupils in this production is really astonishing, we simply sent them along to the auditions to gain some experience and we were blown away when the offers came flooding in’. We would like to say a huge thank you to their parents, who have been amazing, chaperoning them all of them up to London through out the summer holidays to attend rehearsals” To book tickets for the production visit https://www.roh.org.uk/tickets-and-events/the-magic-flute-by-david-mcvicar-details
